Q.  How do I set up my online entry format for the sweepstakes?

A.  Simply set everything up, to capture new newsletter subscribers, names or email addresses, as you normally would if you weren't using the sweepstakes.

You do not need to do anything special as we do all the work. All you do to use the sweepstakes as an incentive in as many programs as you wish, is to mention it on your Web site or in your advertising.

For example, let's say you were trying to get people to sign up for your newsletter. Simply set everything up, to capture new newsletter subscribers, as you would if you weren't using the sweepstakes. The only thing you would do different would be to mention the chance to win a new iPod in your ad or Web site.

For instance, "Subscribe to our fr^ee newsletter for a chance to win a new iPod." Then somewhere on your Web site put the following. " To read our sweepstakes rules go to http://www.prizewebsite.com "

Q.  Do you collect any information from people I send to http://www.prizewebsite.com to read the rules?

A.  Absolutely not.  The PrizeWebsite.com is a generic site and doesn't ask for any info from the visitors. We never collect any information from any of your lists except for the winner of the sweepstakes.  

Q.  How do I use the sweepstakes as an incentive in my ads?

A.  If you are running any type of ads anywhere, include "the chance to win a new iPod," in your ad for increased responses.

To obtain more results for any call to action, that is free, simply mention "the chance to win a new iPod," for increased responses. Legally, the entry has to remain free, so it can't be used anywhere a payment is required.

Q.  Can I use the sweepstakes in as many advertisements and on as many lists as I want?

A.  Yes.  You can use the sweepstakes on as many projects or lists as you want. For multiple lists, the randomly chosen sponsor would randomly choose one of the lists and then randomly choose a winner from that list.

Q.  Can I always announce the winner to my lists even though the winner may be from another sponsor's list?

A.  Yes.  At the end of the sweepstakes, the winner will be announced on http://www.prizewebsite.com  and you will also be able to announce the winner's name to your list.  You can announce the winner to your list, whether or not you are the randomly chosen sponsor, as no one but the sponsors know from what list the winning name was randomly selected from.

Q.  How is the sponsor chosen to randomly select the winner?

A.  At the conclusion of every sweepstakes, we use a random generator to randomly select the sponsor from our list of sponsors.

Q.  If I'm the randomly chosen winning sponsor how do I select the sweepstakes winner?

A.  We send the randomly chosen sponsor, the URL for the random generator to use in selecting the random number. The sponsor sends me the winner with a note certifying the winner was chosen randomly and the winner is announced.
